Real estate platform NoBroker to double tech team

The company is expanding key verticals and planning to hire experienced engineers to aid this growth. It will be hiring in key roles like product developers, engineers, and data scientists. The current size of the tech team is 150.

India's first proptech unicorn NoBroker is looking to double its technology team over the next two months.

The company is expanding key verticals and planning to hire experienced engineers to aid this growth. It will be hiring key roles like product developers, engineers, and data scientists. The current size of the tech team is 150.

A majority of these hires will also be utilised in building new features for NoBrokerHood, its visitor, society, and accounting management system.


"At a time when many businesses have been scaling down their operations, we have been growing exponentially. During the pandemic, collaboration among teams did not suffer as everyone has a sense of ownership. We recently concluded our second buyback of Esops," said Akhil Gupta, co-founder and CTO of NoBroker.

The Bengaluru-based firm runs a leadership programme for employees to grow into senior roles and the firm organises leadership offsites for training and ideation.
