Razorpay launches Q-Zap, new solution for faster offline billing
Razorpay launches Q-Zap for offline payments, reducing billing time by 40% and operating costs by 20%. Offers seamless integrations with 120+ billing partners for efficient processing.

The Y Combinator-backed payments unicorn said this would help any merchant reduce billing time by 40% and operating cost by 20%.
Q-Zap also offers seamless integrations with about 120 billing partners, streamlining tasks such as billing, payment collection and the reconciliation of goods sold against payments received, making the process highly efficient.
“Q-Zap, our queue-busting solution, aims to not only eliminate tedious checkout lines for customers but also to free up in-store staff’s time so they can be available to customers and provide them assistance, which could include answering questions or facilitating customer checkout,” said Rahul Kothari, chief operating officer, Razorpay.
Razorpay, a regulated online payment aggregator, began offline merchant payments through the acquisition of Ezetap (now Razorpay POS) in August 2022. Recently the company launched instant refunds on failed UPI payments and soundbox terminals for its offline retailers.
