Licious appoints Reckitt Benckiser’s Rajnish Goel as chief supply chain officer

Bengaluru: Licious has appointed Reckitt Benckiser’s Rajnish Goel as its chief supply chain officer, at a time when supply chain management is undergoing a pandemic shift globally.

Goel brings to the meat-and-seafood company more than two decades of experience in strategising and driving organisational transformation. Before being the regional supply chain director Reckitt Benckiser’s Africa, Middle East, South of Asia operations, he held strategic positions at GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd., Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Novartis India Ltd., Wrigley’s India and Marico Ltd.

“Rajnish has an extensive and holistic supply chain experience at an operational as well as senior leadership level, managing diverse geographies globally,” Naveen Nerlaje, head of human resources at Licious, said in a statement released on Monday.


Speaking on his appointment, Goel said that given Licius operates on a “farm-to-form model” and manages its entire supply chain, “I look forward to exploring the many opportunities...to serve world-class meat and seafood products to customers”.

Licious currently is present in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore and Jaipur. The company has more than 3,000 employees.
