Karan Johar ventures into talent management with Cornerstone

Filmmaker Karan Johar-owned Dharma Productions has entered the talent management space in partnership with Bunty Sajdeh's Cornerstone.

The new venture, Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA), will serve as a “platform to nurture the best, and become an indomitable powerhouse of talent,” Johar tweeted.

Sajdeh’s Cornerstone already manages a clutch of cricketers and other sportspersons, including Virat Kohli, KL Rahul and others.


Dharma said in a statement that DCA will redefine the representations of artists across the spectrum of actors and talent from the music industry and offer opportunities for them and help them build their careers.

DCA, it said, will aim to be a “safe home” where seasoned professionals meet existing and contemporary talent to reinforce premium content production and accessibility through films, endorsements, OTT content, events, and appearances.

The agency will also work with its talent to build their brand via digital and social presence.
