InVideo brings on board Siddharth Sharma as CTO

Online video editing platform InVideo has appointed Siddharth Sharma as its new chief technology officer, said a statement issued today.

An IIM alumnus, Sharma has contributed to the growth of several startups and big brands during his career. His latest stint was in matchmaking platform Shaadi.com.

“We are building the best technology team in India. With SVS coming in, I’m looking forward to a rock solid tech team and culture,” said Sanket Shah, CEO of InVideo.


“InVideo is solving a very hard technical problem in a blue ocean space. The startup energy is unbeatable and coupled with the rigour of the process, it makes for very thrilling engineering and to lead this team is a great privilege,” Sharma said.

InVideo is a web-based video editing platform that offers online video editing, text editing, and image editing, among others. The platform has so far been leveraged by more than 800,000 content creators and the number is on a steady increase.
