The Women in India’s Startup Ecosystem Report (WISER), released by non-profit organisation ACT in partnership with McKinsey and The Udaiti Foundation, says startups can offer women a more gender equitable environment by way of faster career progression, ability to occupy more roles of influence, and greater autonomy and flexibility, enabling female employees to meet personal and professional goals at different career stages.

The report brings together insights from more than 200 Indian startups, covering 111 founders, 117 human resource heads and nearly 800 employees across sectors and startup stages.
