Zenith Infotech to raise $33 mn from overseas mkts

Zenith Infotech Ltd on Monday said it will raise $33 million through issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) in the international markets.

MUMBAI: Zenith Infotech Ltd on Monday said it will raise $33 million through issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) in the international markets.

The board of directors at its meeting held on July 24, has approved mobilization of funds to the aggregate of $33 million by way of issue of FCCBs representing $30 million with an additional 10 per cent as the greenshoe over allotment option subject to necessary approvals, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
