Wipro Tech positioned in 'challengers' quadrant

BANGALORE: Wipro Technologies, the global IT services division of Wipro Limited announced that leading industry analyst firm Gartner, Inc, positioned Wipro Technologies in a "challengers" Quadrant of its "Magic Quadrant for SAP Outsourcing, North America" report.

This Magic Quadrant analyses 20 providers of SAP application outsourcing services providers in the North American market, a Wipro release said.

Arnab Chaudhury, Global Head Application Management Services, Wipro Technologies said "We believe this positioning of Wipro, highlights our commitment to driving business value to our clients, Wipro has been at the forefront of innovation and have made significant investments on automation of application outsourcing thus driving predictable, scalable and cost effective solutions to our clients".

The Magic Quadrant is a graphical representation of a market place at and for a specific time period, it said.
