Wipro Infotech launches 'ExpertConnect'

BANGALORE: Wipro Infotech on Friday launched its unique service delivery model "ExpertConnect".

The model would help get instant access to experts across multiple technology domains for quicker resolution of problems for their IT infrastructure, a company release said.

The uniqueness of this service is that multiple enterprise products like servers, storage, network, security and software from different technology companies can be supported by Wipro Infotech as a single service provider.

This will enable customers to avail faster resolution for interoperability issues across various products in their heterogeneous environment.

T C Thandav Murthy, chief executive Professional services, Wipro Infotech said "the service is highly suitable for mission critical IT deployments in achieving higher efficiencies and service levels."

ExpertConnect is already experienced by 200 plus customers across the country, the statement said.
