Uniphore launches new version of its speech analytics software, auMina

BENGALURU: Uniphore Software Systems, Chennai-based speech recognition solutions company launched version 2.0 of its speech analytics software solution, auMina.

auMina enables contact centers drive critical business goals by analyzing existing speech data to identify trends, predict outcomes and prescribe business process improvements.

The product will be launched during a multi-city roadshow starting in Delhi today and attended by industry leaders and professionals.
