Teledata Informatics' Q4 net at Rs 207 cr

MUMBAI: Software developer Teledata Informatics’ Q4 net profit soared to Rs 207.1 crore as revenues surged 247% to Rs 1,572.8 crore. Its EPS stood at Rs 48.24 on an annualised basis.

During the quarter, the company added 1,650 employees . It plans to hive off its marine and technology divisions into three separate entities and the demerger is expected to be completed by May.
