Tech Mahindra inaugurates cloud competency lab in Pune

MUMBAI: IT major, Tech Mahindra, today said that it has inaugurated a cloud competency lab at its Hinjewadi facility in Pune.

Tech Mahindra's strategic intent is to be cloud advisor, enabler and manager in the cloud services eco-system, the company said in a press release issued here.

This will enable its clients to choose from best-of-breed technologies and integrate them to meet their business objective of growing revenue on cloud-based services.

Tech Mahindra leveraged its global partnership with key strategic technology players in designing and building this cloud competency lab. As an integral part of its service, the lab will provide a playground for its customers to conduct proof of concepts before deploying large-scale environments and to assess the current environment such as infrastructure and application footprint to deliver a clear outcome-based "Cloud Adoption Roadmap" report, the release said.

Tech Mahindra's partners can access the lab globally to build solutions. A dedicated 100-member research team consisting of domain experts in billing, CRM, portal, business intelligence and infrastructure technologies with dedicated product managers is developing various service offerings using this lab as a key platform-enabler.
