Hyderabad-based Tanla Solutions on Thursday said it will provide services to an European firm Mliven for launching mobile services in the UK.

MUMBAI: Hyderabad-based Tanla Solutions on Thursday said it will provide services to an European firm Mliven for launching mobile services in the UK.
Tanla Solutions' subsidiary Tanla Mobile would provide a mobile billing platform to Mliven, which has launched over 100 different cellular applications in Europe, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Tanla Mobile would offer a new payment service PayForit across all UK networks, which would help digital content owners maximise revenues from content sales and increase consumer trust.
"Tanla Mobile is delighted to help innovative companies such as Mliven establish themselves in the UK market. Payforit represents the first step into mobile commerce, creating a whole new marketplace for mobile content," Tanla Mobile Business Development Director Gautam Sabharwal said.
Both the companies would also work towards launching several mobile gaming portals in partnerships with global mobile game publishers, the telecom solution provider said.
Shares of Tanla Solutions were trading at Rs 667.35, down 1.32 per cent in the afternoon trading session on the BSE.
