SSI allots 8.73 lakh shares against warrants
Software solutions provider, SSI Ltd on Friday said it has allotted 8.73 lakh equity shares against convertible warrants to its promoter directors.

MUMBAI: Software solutions provider, SSI Ltd on Friday said it has allotted 8.73 lakh equity shares against convertible warrants to its promoter directors.
The board of directors at its meeting held on Friday approved the allotment of the equity shares of Rs 10 each consequent to the excise of convertible warrants at a price of Rs 40 each, the company informed the Bombay stock Exchange.
The company allotted 2.91 lakh shares each to Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh and Kalpathi S Suresh, it added.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 166.10, down 0.21 per cent at the BSE.
