Silverline completes settlement with NCD holders
Information technology services provider, Silverline Technologies Ltd on Thursday said it has successfully completed the one time settlement with non convertible debenture (NCD) holders like institutions and banks.

MUMBAI: Information technology services provider, Silverline Technologies Ltd on Thursday said it has successfully completed the one time settlement with non convertible debenture (NCD) holders like institutions and banks.
With the above settlement and recent growth strategy planned, the company is confident of a strong performance in coming years, Silverline Technologies informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The promoters of Silverline Technologies have also decided to increase their stake in the company through creeping acquisition route, it added.
The company had recently forged a strategic relationship with a Canadian firm and has initiated the launch of its Infrastructure Technology outsourcing (ITO) practice.
The one time settlement was worked out by the restructuring advisors Firstcall India Equity Advisors Pvt Ltd.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 5.44, up 4.82 per cent at the BSE.
