SFIO records statements of former Price Waterhouse auditors
An eight-member SFIO team on Sunday recorded the statements of two former auditors of Price Waterhouse in jail here in connection with the Rs 7,800 crore Satyam Computer scam.

HYDERABAD: An eight-member SFIO team on Sunday recorded the statements of two former auditors of Price Waterhouse (PW) in jail here in connection with the Rs 7,800 crore Satyam Computer scam.
A local court here yesterday granted six days' time from today (March 29 to April 3) to the SFIO to record the statements of former Satyam Chairman B Ramalinga Raju, his brother and ex-MD Rama Raju, former CFO Vadlamani Srinivas and two former PW auditors S Gopalakrishnan and Talluri Srinivas, in judicial remand at the Chanchalguda jail here.
On the first day of questioning, the SFIO team went to the jail and recorded the statements of S Gopalakrishnan and Talluri Srinivas on oath, jail sources said.
This is the second time that the SFIO obtained permission from the court here. Earlier on February 14 and 15, it had recorded the statements of the accused.
