SEC team to meet new Satyam board

HYDERABAD: A team from the US Securities and Exchange Commission is scheduled to meet the new six-member Satyam Board on February 5. The visit assumes significance as there are two class action suits pending against Satyam after its disgraced founder confessed to perpetrating a Rs 7,000 crore financial fraud.

Sebi chairman CB Bhave on Monday said in Mumbai that the market regulator would take ���appropriate help from its US counterpart��� in the Satyam case.
