Sebi questions Rajus for second day

Three-member team from market regulator Sebi continued its second round of questioning of Satyam’s founder B Ramalinga Raju and its former managing director B Rama Raju.

HYDERABAD: The three-member team from market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) on Thursday continued its second round of questioning of Satyam���s founder B Ramalinga Raju and its former managing director B Rama Raju.

The Sebi team led by A Sunil Kumar, general manager, south zone, has one more day to assess the magnitude of violation of share trading norms by the firm���s promoter and his family.

The market regulator is also expected to question Srinivas Vadlamani, Satyam���s former chief financial officer on Friday. However, Raju���s lawyer, Bharath Kumar, was not kept off the scene.
