The CBI today submitted a schedule of six witnesses in the court, who were officials of different banks.

All the ten accused, including Satyam Computer founder B Ramalinga Raju, were present in the court.

The court would issue summons to witnesses as per the schedule given by the CBI.

The agency also sought permission of the court to set up a LCD project in the court, so that the accused as well as the defence counsel can read and take note of the contents of document shown on the screen, CBI Deputy General of Police (DIG) V V Lakshminarayana told reporters here.

"Keeping in view Supreme Court's direction for speedy trial process, the CBI submitted 1,000 marked documents before the court to increase the speed of prosecution," the DIG said adding that the marked documents submitted under section 294 of the CrPC would also reduce number of witnesses in the case.
