SAP Venture picks up minority stake in Newgen

NEW DELHI: SAP Venture, the venture capital arm of SAP, has picked up a minority stake in product company Newgen Software for an undisclosed amount.

The strategic investment by SAP Venture will help Newgen to widen its client base and enter new geographies, according to company sources.

The city-based Newgen Software is a key player in the publishing software solution. It is a market leader in the Business Process Management Space.
