Rolta India has acquired Chicago Broech Corporation for $45 million, including escrows and earn-outs.

MUMBAI: Rolta India has acquired Chicago Broech Corporation for $45 million, including escrows and earn-outs. The company expects the transaction will be immediately accretive to shareholder in the current fiscal year. As a part of its systematic and aggressive growth plans, Rolta has adopted a clear acquisition strategy of taking over company that provides a synergetic mix of technology and IPR.

Broech Corporation working under the name TUSC is an IT consulting company specialized in ERP applications, database and business intelligence solutions based on Oracle technologies. It serves over 2000 customers. The 50 per cent of its revenue is generated from repeat business. In 2007 revenue were in excess of $48 million, with a CAGR of more than 30 per cent in past 4 years.
