Roamware rebrands as Mobileum, strengthens Big Data offerings

NEW DELHI: Roamware Inc, has announced that it is rebranding to Mobileum. It has a 615-strong mobile operator customer base, spanning 168 countries. Last year, Mobileum (as Roamware) entered the Telco Big Data Analytics market and announced a strategic technology and sales partnership with IBM.

Mobileum's analytics offerings include Traveler Analytics, which enables operators to understand and better monetize the traveler segment; analytics for Customer Experience Management that provide operators rich and predictive insights into a subscriber's experience across the relationship lifecycle and facilitates real-time responses to issues, and Data Monetization which adds a new revenue stream for operators, from the sharing of target segment insights with third-party brands. Mobileum will continue innovating on its mobile roaming solution portfolio as roaming enters the LTE era.

Mobileum's analytics offerings are powered by the Mobileum Wisdom Platform, a Big Data analytics platform that can process data at rest and in motion, from multiple sources from within the operator's network, business and operational systems as well as from the web, social media and apps.
