Ramco Systems to set up subsidiary in Sudan

CHENNAI: Software and services company Ramco Systems on Thursday announced its foray into the South African region with the setting up of its subsidiary in Sudan.

The Chennai-headquartered company, in a filing to the BSE, said it is in the process of setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Sudan, ' RSL Software Company' and has received the approval from the Government of Sudan.

Ramco Systems received the certificate of incorporation from the Ministry of Justice, Commercial Registration department, Sudan, the statement added.
