Micro Technologies Limited, a global IT based security solutions provider, today launched the Micro Mobile Controller System, a software to manage mobile handsets with the help of the add-on recipient mobile number.

MUMBAI: Micro Technologies Limited, a global IT based security solutions provider, today launched the Micro Mobile Controller System, a software to manage mobile handsets with the help of the add-on recipient mobile number. In case of loss of a mobile, the software helps the user to create a back-up of all contact details. It also enables the user to retrieve and delete contact details, MMS and SMS through the add-on user's mobile.
"While there are various mobile tracking products available, Micro Mobile Controller is designed by keeping in mind multiple real problems associated with lost/stolen mobile. We are confident that with this new product, more people will be able to lodge police complaints, retrieve their handsets and avoid the misuse of data," Micro Technologies' COO Mukund Gupta said.
Initially, the software will only function on Nokia handsets. The company is in talks with other operators and more developments will take place within the next two-three months, Head Software Implementation and Support, Milind Londhe said. Priced at Rs 499 for a yearly subscription, Micro Mobile Controller can be purchased online
