Megasoft to allot 1.24 cr shares to Visualsoft
Software services firm Megasoft Ltd on Thursday said it will allot over 1.24 crore equity shares as per the terms of the scheme of amalgamation of VisualSoft Technologies with itself.

MUMBAI: Software services firm Megasoft Ltd on Thursday said it will allot over 1.24 crore equity shares as per the terms of the scheme of amalgamation of VisualSoft Technologies with itself.
In a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Megasoft said the share transfer or investors grievance committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting today approved of the allotment of 12,484,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The issuance of shares was after the scheme of amalgamation was duly approved by the High Courts.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company increased to Rs 44.26 crore from Rs 31.78 crore.
Earlier in January, the shareholders of Megasoft had approved the scheme of amalgamation of VisualSoft Technologies with itself.
