Mahindra Satyam bags contract from Commonwealth of Kentucky
IT firm Mahindra Satyam said it has bagged a contract from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the US, for design and delivery of a document management system.
The system would enable child support staff to electronically store, view and send information such as applications, court orders and insurance documentation received from case participants, courts and other agencies, a press release issued here stated.
"These improvements make it easier for non-custodial and custodial parents to get their questions answered and ultimately increase access to more resources in the care of their children." Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services' Secretary, Jamie Miller, said.
The system would also develop a new electronic forms database, which would provide statewide uniformity and improve access for Child Support Enforcement (CSE) caseworkers and participants, the release said.
"Our experience of working on various technology platforms enables us to offer a wide range of services to our clients. The document management solution to the Commonwealth of Kentucky will enable us to bring forth the experienced leaders to deliver the best possible product to the customer," Mahindra Satyam's President, Atul Kunwar, said.
