KCPL appointed as STA for five companies

Hyderabad-based, Karvy Computershare (KCPL), has been appointed as the Share Transfer Agent (STA) for five companies.

MUMBAI: Hyderabad-based, Karvy Computershare (KCPL), has been appointed as the Share Transfer Agent (STA) for five companies.

These firms are Bajaj Holdings & Investment, Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Auto Finance and Maharashtra Scooters, a press release issued here on Monday stated.

KCPL has taken over as the STA of these companies with effect from July 11 after receiving nods from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services Limited, the release said.
