Info Drive buys 80% in Dubai firm
Info Drive Software Ltd said on Tuesday it has agreed to buy 80 percent of Dubai-based network services firm Combiz Trading for 36.45 million rupees.

MUMBAI: Info Drive Software Ltd said on Tuesday it has agreed to buy 80 percent of Dubai-based network services firm Combiz Trading for 3.4 million dirham (36.45 million rupees).
Combiz was expected to have a revenue of 4 million dirham in the year to December 2007, the Indian firm said in a statement.
