BANGALORE: City-based In4velocity Systems, a leading provider of software solutions for the real estate and property development industry on Tuesday announced its plans to tap the growing real estate market in Delhi and northern India for its Enterprise Resource Management System (ERMS) application, In4Suite.
"We see Delhi and other states in north India like Punjab, Haryana, UP, etc, as a major market for us", said Rahul Chawla, CEO of the company, in a statement here,
In4Velocity current client base is predominantly in the south. With the recent focus on northern region, it has already added six customers last year, and plans to take the customer count to 50 plus across 11 cities, he said.
In4Suite helps real esate and property development firms automate business process, right from land acquisition, legal liaison to engineering, purchase and sales and room rental to property management including mall management, it said.
