iGATE tops Black Book of Outsourcing

BANGALORE: iGATE, the integrated Technology and Operations (iTOPS) company, on Monday announced that the company has been ranked the top provider of 'Data Warehousing, Data Mining and Business Intelligence services' worldwide in The 2008 Black Book of Outsourcing.

Brown-Wilson Group, which authors The Black Book of Outsourcing, surveys outsourcing users and C-level officers to gain a buy-side decision-maker perspective on the global services industry. Ranking are based strictly on responses from client surveys, an iGATE statement said.

Doug Brown, managing partner of Brown-Wilson Group and co-author of the Black Book of Outsourcing, said "iGATE has been ranked as the top vendor in Data Warehousing, Data Mining and Business Intelligence due to its continuous focus on customer satisfaction, successful engagements and outsourcing relationships, recognised by their actual clients."
