NEW DELHI: Hike Messenger launched hike 3.5 for Windows Phone 8.1 update with a number of features.

Kavin Bharti Mittal, CEO and Founder, Hike Messenger, said, "Our users on Windows Phones absolutely love Hike. Today, Windows is our second largest platform by users. We know they have been eagerly waiting for this update, which is the biggest we’ve ever released for Windows, and we’re excited to finally get it in their hands."

Hike 3.5 has a brand new user interface that makes navigating simpler. It has 10 new chat themes that allows setting the tone of every conversation. The update allows users to send or receive files and videos up to 100 MB and practically all formats and any number of files PDF, ZIP, APK, MP3, Audio, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Further, users can form large groups of up to 500 members and manage them with multiple administrators.

Earlier this week, the second-largest messaging app in the country by number of users enabled texting in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu, apart from English.
