Hewitt Associates likely to formulate Satyam's new HR policies
Hewitt Associates, provider of HR consulting services is believed to be in talks with embattled Satyam Computer to form and implement new HR policies to retain talent.

HYDERABAD : Hewitt Associates, provider of HR consulting services is believed to be in talks with embattled Satyam Computer to form and implement new HR policies to retain talent.
When asked whether Satyam is in talks with Hewitt, a top company official said, "They have offered to...we are yet to take it up or decide."
Asked about the services Hewitt offered to provide, the official said, "We haven't gone anywhere near that level of detail."
Hewitt, which is a provider of multi-service HR business process outsourcing, is likely to provide consultancy on a range of issues related to human resource.
However, Hewitt Associates Officials could not be contacted immediately for their comments.
During its board meeting on Saturday, one of the Board Members C Achuthan had said, "The Board has authorised its CEO A S Murty to finalise and implement a retention plan for its key associates (in consultation with Boston Consulting Group and Special Advisors) and endorsed actions now underway to fine-tune the expenditure and profit optimisation plan."
Appointment of Hewitt is said to be a step in the same direction.
