Helpchat appoints Ravi Krishna as new SVP of Strategic Products

BENGALURU: Helpchat, the chat-based personal assistant app has appointed Ravi Krishna, former Director of Product at social game services company Zynga, as its SVP, Strategic Products.

Ankur Singla, Founder and CEO, Helpchat said, "With his extensive experience of building and launching successful consumer products at Zynga and Makemytrip, he will bring a lot of expertise in terms of helping us create a more enhanced and intuitive personalized experience within the Helpchat app."

Ravi Krishna was involved in the development of mobile products at the Silicon Valley- based gaming company behind Farmville. Prior to that, he was product manager at Makemytrip. " I strongly believe in the disruption that chat is set to create in the realm of digital commerce and in everyday tasks," he said.

The Bengaluru-based Helpchat recently brought on board Suryadeep Agrawal, who was a senior product manager at Adobe.

Avinash Vankadaru, cofounder, Helpchat said that he believed that the two new product experts will help them build Helpchat as a global product.
