HCL Infosystems deploys Cloud technology at Narayana Hrudayalaya hospitals

HCL Infosystems firm has entered into a 5-year deal with Narayana Hrudayalaya to deploy its cloud’s infrastructure.

NEW DELHI: HCL Infosystems firm has entered into a 5-year deal with Narayana Hrudayalaya to deploy its cloud’s infrastructure as a service solution across 22 Narayana Hrudayalaya hospitals, an HCL release said.

The technology has been already rolled out at the groups hospitals in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Jamshedpur and Jaipur and other centres are in the process of being hooked up to the central system, it said.

The solution would reduce capital and operational expenditures for Narayana Hrudayalaya and enable it to provide faster access to healthcare for patients such as facilitating patient registrations and quickly complete administrative tasks.

HCL Infosystems, CEO Harsh Chitale said, “Our cloud solutions are highly customized as per the needs of organizations and focuses on addressing business needs of clients.”

Dr. Devi Shetty, founder, Narayana Hrudayalaya said, the deployment will help the hospital to maximize efficiency and scale up services. “We are sure that our HIS on cloud will be a path breaking initiative in the Indian Healthcare Industry,” he said.
