HCL division named 39th largest healthcare IT provider in US

CHENNAI: IT services provider HCL Technologies today said its 'Healthcare Practice' division has been ranked as the 39th largest healthcare information technology company in the United States this year.

'Healthcare Informatics' magazine has ranked the 'healthcare practice' division of HCL Technologies as the 39th largest healthcare company by revenue in the USA this year, a company statement issued here said.

"To be recognised as one of the largest and fastest growing healthcare companies by Healthcare Informatics is an honour. Through co-innovation initiatives with our customers, we will continue to develop disruptive technologies that enhance global competitiveness of our customers," HCL Technologies Senior Vice-President (Healthcare Practice) Pradep Nair said.

Healthcare Informatics compiles its annual rankings through surveys of vendors to assess total revenues earned during the previous year.

HCL's healthcare practice division consists of over 1,800 associates that provide services to the healthcare industry globally, the statement added.
