MUMBAI: EM Capital Management, a boutique international financial advisor and fund manager, has decided to provide advisory services to help investors in Satyam Computer Services to understand the financial and legal implications of the impending issues against the fraud-hit company, reports Reena Zachariah.

EM Capital has constituted a dedicated cell, called ���Satyam Task Force���, comprising the former Sebi chairman G N Bajpai and former Sebi whole-time director T C Nair, for providing advice. ���It���s an attempt from our side to streamline the process and ensure that investors get an accurate advice from knowledgeable individuals,��� said EM Capital Management India managing director Rajiv Shastri.
