Core Projects allots bonus shares in 2:1 ratio
City-based Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has allotted 73.40 lakh bonus shares to the shareholders in the ratio 2:1.

MUMBAI: City-based Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has allotted 73.40 lakh bonus shares to the shareholders in the ratio 2:1.
At the recently held meeting the board allotted the bonus shares of Rs 10 each to shareholders, where two bonus shares were allotted for one share held, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 245, up 2.42 per cent on the BSE on Monday.
