Cognizant partners with CSAA

Cognizant aims to provide services such as business consulting, specialised software and service implementation (fully tested and maintained) and support services.

CHENNAI: Cognizant has entered into a multi-year partnership with the California State Automobile Association (CSAA) to provide services such as business consulting, specialised software and service implementation (fully tested and maintained) and support services.

These services will be delivered from multiple locations, including client locations in San Francisco, California, Glendale and Arizona. Cognizant and CSAA are already in a four-year relationship where Cognizant was selected to help CSAA implement cost-effective applications and process solutions. As a result, Cognizant won the bid to extend the relationship as part of CSAA’s overall strategy to improve efficiency while reducing costs.

“I am pleased that we are delivering all these benefits to CSAA as part of our expanded relationship. Over the past several years, we have been tackling some of CSAA’s toughest business challenges that often require strong business and vertical domain expertise in combination with technology capabilities,” Cognizant president and CEO, Francisco D’Souza said.

CSAA offers a wide array of automotive, travel, insurance, financial services and consumer discounts to more than 4 million members in Northern California, Nevada and Utah.
