CID searches Maytas companies offices
AP CID began searches at some of the offices of Maytas Infra and Maytas Properties.

"As part of investigations into the Satyam fraud, a team of CID officials has entered the office premises of Maytas here and began checking for any relevant documents on the fraud," the official told PTI tonight.
The Maytas firms are promoted by the family of disgraced Satyam founder B Ramalinga Raju.
The investigators yesterday found several "dumped" documents of different companies related to family members of Rajus during searches at the residential flats used by Rajus at different locations in the city. The searches in these flats are continuing.
"During the searches at the flats, we have seized documents pertaining to land deals, financial transactions and other paper documents which were being verified by CID teams. We will wind up the searches by late night," the CID official said.
Reacting to a query, the official said that Ramalinga Raju's brother Suryanarayana Raju was still "unavailable". The CID had conducted searches at the residence and office of Suryanarayana Raju on January 21 and seized many documents.
