BMC Software expects India to be one of fastest-growing regions
Sharma said that he was expecting a double digit growth for the company and that he expected India growth to keep pace with Asia-Pacific.

“A lot of companies are working on implementing digital service adopting models from successful start-ups and implementing them in their own operations and for their customers,” Tarun Sharma, chief customer officer Asia-Pacific and Japan and Head of India and Ukraine, said in an emailed in response to questions.
Sharma said that he was expecting a double digit growth for the company and that he expected India growth to keep pace with Asia-Pacific, which is the company’s fastest-growing region.
Even typically conservative sectors like banking are investing in newer forms of technology, the company said.
“Indian IT companies tend to leap frog when it comes to technology. Even traditional sectors like the banking and financial services, which is said to be a risk averse sector, are including in their growth strategy the utilization of public cloud resources to create a flexible infrastructure,” Suhas Kelkar, chief technology officer – Asia Pacific at BMC Software, said. Kelkar added that there was demand coming from all sectors.
