Bharti AXA to use Intense's iECCM solution

HYDERABAD: Enterprise software products company Intense Technologies on Tuesday said Bharti AXA Life Insurance has selected its iECCM (intelligent Enterprise Customer Communication Management) framework solutions to manage its customer communication.
Intense's framework deploys individual components like bill formatter, output manager and self-care to operationally and strategically eliminate high cost, enhance productivity and improve customer satisfaction levels.
"We are very excited to work with Bharati AXA, and see this key project as a validation of the iECCM framework's solution scope and value proposition across the insurance vertical," Intense Technologies CEO Raghav Sahgal said in a release issued here.
"We already have Bharati Airtel as a preferred client for our iECCM framework and I am really pleased to add another Bharti Group company to our clientele. We are confident that Bharati AXA Life will gain a significant return on investment over the years by deploying our iECCM solutions.
Time Thomas, Chief Operating Officer of Bharati AXA Life said, "The implementation of a customer communication management solution within the very first year of operations reiterates our customer focus.
