NEW DELHI: Global database software major Oracle on F said automotive engines and transmission manufacturers, AVTEC has completed the implementation of Oracle business applications software in its manufacturing units.
"We found the Oracle e-Business Suite to be the best fit to address our complex business requirements and enable us to achieve better control over our operations, " AVTEC CEO Sudhir Rao told reporters here.
This step in our operations will help us to scale up more effectively as we embark on our global expansion, he added. Oracle's system integration (SI) partner Birlasoft completed this implementation in eight months.
"Oracle applications are helping Indian auto manufacturing industry compete better in the global market," Oracle India Managing Director Krishna Dhavan said.
"We found the Oracle e-Business Suite to be the best fit to address our complex business requirements and enable us to achieve better control over our operations, " AVTEC CEO Sudhir Rao told reporters here.
