Advanced Synergic, the Singapore subsidiary of ASM Technologies, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire US-based Enterprise Software Resources, in an all-cash deal.

MUMBAI: Advanced Synergic, the Singapore subsidiary of ASM Technologies, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire US-based Enterprise Software Resources, in an all-cash deal.
Enterprise Software has been in the business for the last 10 years assisting large corporations and Fortune 500 companies with enterprise applications. The company has clients such as Owens Corning, National Gypsum, Atrium Windows, AGA Gas, DTE Energy, Therma Tru, Pacific Coast, Owens Illinois, Vera Bradley.
"Enterprise Software Resources with their high-end consulting is a strategic fit for ASM. The company is very fortunate to have an expert John Seitz join A and look forward to growing our SAP practice under his guidance leadership," said Rabindra Srikantan, MD of ASM Technologies.
ASM Technologies shares closed up around 3 per cent at Rs 35.50 on BSE.
