Accenture Information Management Services (AIMS), business intelligence arm of Accenture, plans to double its global headcount from 3,000 to 6,000 by next fiscal.

BANGALORE: Accenture Information Management Services (AIMS), business intelligence arm of Accenture, plans to double its global headcount from 3,000 to 6,000 by next fiscal. It is developing centres of excellence in data analytic and data migration streams of business intelligence in India.

“There is a huge talent pool in India for business intelligence and we are keen on tapping these resources. Applying business intelligence to data analysis will yield results which will be beneficial to the client for understanding the consumption pattern of their products and improving the quality of their sales and services. Business intelligence has become pervasive,” said Stephen Gallagher, senior director, AIMS.
