Wipro Technologies named 'Leader' in Forrester report

BANGALORE: Wipro Technologies, the global IT, consulting and outsourcing business of Wipro Ltd, today announced it has been named a "Leader" in the Forrester Research Inc report.

"The Forrester Wave: Business Technology Transformation, Q3 2012" report was published on July 19, 2012.

The Forrester Research Inc report evaluated and scored Wipro Consulting Services (WCS), Wipro's consulting practice, on the basis of a comprehensive methodology across 18 criteria relating to current offering, strategy and market presence, the company said in a statement.

Wipro scored the highest possible scores for its vision, quality of consulting engagements, business organisation, business alignment and management credentials, it said.
