Wipro Tech signs MoU with OUCOE

HYDERABAD: IT company Wipro Technologies has entered into an agreement with University College of Engineering, Osmania University (OUCOE) on Friday to take its ongoing collaboration with the academia to the next level.
The MoU envisages a set of planned interventions addressing various stakeholders namely students, faculty and the management, a Wipro release said here.
The interventions include faculty development programmes, technical sponsorships and student workshops.
Commenting on the occasion Pradeep Bahirwani, Vice President-Strategic Resourcing said, "the objective of this MoU is to build industry-academia relationship and empower students to gear up for the challenges of corporate world."
Dr D N Reddy, Principal of the University College of Engineering said, "as a premier league technical institution of the country, we always strive to impart the best knowledge to our students. We understand the need today, where partnerships with leaders in technology will assist us close the gap between the academia and the corporate world."
