IT and software major Wipro on Wednesday said it will announce the company's standalone financial results and consolidated results for the quarter ended and year ended March 31, 2011 on April 27.

MUMBAI: IT and software major Wipro on Wednesday said it will announce the company's standalone financial results and consolidated results for the quarter ended and year ended March 31, 2011 on April 27.
The Board of Directors of the company will consider and approve the results for the quarter ended and year ended March 31, 2011 on April 27 and recommend for declaration of final dividend on the same day, Wipro said in a filing to the BSE.
