BANGALORE: Wipro BPO has been rated as one of the best employers in India by the Best Employers Hewitt Survey for 2007.
Wipro Technologies, the global IT services business of Wipro Limited, today said Wipro BPO has been acknowledged among one of the top 25 Best Employers in India, standing eleventh among 230 participating companies spanning banking, IT services, manufacturing, public and fast moving consumer goods sectors.
"Hewlitt's global Best Employers Research sets the standard for organisations that seek to build a culture of excellence built on people practices," Wipro BPO CEO T K Kurien said.
The evaluation process included an Employee Opinion Survey and an on-site audit by Hewlitt team.
Some of the recent awards bagged by Wipro BPO include International Quality and Productivity Center's (IQPC) 2007 Global BPO Standard Bearer award.
