Virtustream, an EMC company that offers cloud solutions, says it is in talks with several system integrators that are looking to build a cloud dedicated to the Indian government. “Some of our partners are talking to us about building a cloud for the Indian government or clouds dedicated to specific Indian government departments,“ Michael Hoch, senior VP Global SI Alliances at Virtustream, told ET at EMC World.
