Vakrangee Software says CEO Santosh Dash has resigned; re-designates founder as CEO
Vakrangee Software, which offers financial inclusion and e-governance solutions, said its CEO Santosh Dash had resigned and that it had named its founder Dinesh Nandwana, as his replacement.

Vakrangee also four other people to lead its business verticals – namely eCommerce, eGovernance, Banking Business and ATM Business – the company said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company said Sumit Jain would be chief executive – eCommerce. It appointed Rajiv Ranjan as CEO – eGovernance, Rahul Dev Pal as CEO of the banking business, and Nitin Sharma as CEO of the ATM business.
Founded in 1990 by Dinesh Nandwana, a chartered accountant, Vakrangee offers financial inclusion services in rural areas identified for future investment by the government through its e-governance software. It also owns a growing network of small stores in rural areas to provide telecom, direct-to-home and education services, tapping into growing consumer demand in the hinterland.
